Your path to Embodied Living
Awaken your inner Sanctuary with Traditional Yoga. Remember that every journey on the mat is a reflection of your inner landscape to be met with curiosity and reverence.
This is an invitation to know yourself deeper. To reconnect with your body and this ancient lineage.
Yoga is an ancient practice that invites us to reconnect with the essence of who we are. Rooted in over 9.000 years of wisdom, traditional Yoga is fa more than just the physical postures. It is a journey into the layers of our being, offering profound transformation.
Here’s some of the ways in which this practice can support you:
Supports in Trauma Healing: Yoga helps us access the fascia - the connective tissue that holds tension and memories - and allows us to release this energy making space for the new.
Deep nervous system regulation: Though a series of practices within a class, yoga balances our nervous system, creating a sense of calm and grounding.
Heals self expression: Practices like Pranayama and Kirtanam open our throat chakra, encouraging self expression and authentic communication.
Enhances Creativity: As we clear energetic blockages, we make space for our own creative energy to arise, allowing us to live a more authentic life.
Cultivates Embodied Presence: Yoga is a practice of grounding, entering and living in alignment with our truth. Living in harmony within yogic philosophies can help us ground into a more peaceful reality.

Yoga as a Self Evolving Path
Yoga is not just something one practices but a way of living. It shows in the way you carry yourself out in this world, and most importantly in your inner world. How do you tent to the parts of yourself that feel uncomfortable? How do you deepen your understanding of your inner landscapes? What is your role in this world? These are all questions yoga asks us to feel into in and out of the mat.
My Yoga journey started when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, when I needed to ask myself those same questions - since then, my life completely changed. That is when I decided to do my Yoga Teaching trainings that accumulate in a total of 6000h.
These classes are comprised of the following disciplines - Asana ( postures ), Meditation, Pranayama ( breathwork ), Kirtanam ( Mantras and chanting ), Yoganidra, Puja, Mudra, Yantra and Kriya. And giving an emphasis on the teachings of the philosophy.
I hope that my embrace can support your yoga journey in ways that you may have never imagined possible.
